Shipping policy
1. Shipping Territory
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
3. Shipping Estimates
Because we work with various fulfillment partners to bring you the best prices, shipping times may vary.

Standard Shipping: Orders are fulfilled by our designer partners and typically arrive within 2-3 weeks.

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Factors such as weather, high seasonal volume, or carrier delays are outside of our control.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually becomes active and "trackable" within 48–72 hours of shipment.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages & Missing Packages

Damages: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at info@lovedbrides.com within 48 hours. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as we will require photos to file a claim and process a replacement for you.

Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
